Description: For sale I have a 2000 25 HP Honda 4 stroke outboard motor. The motor starts right up and runs good. It has good compression on all cylinders around 190 PSI. The motor idles great. There is a slight hesitation around 1/3 throttle. It seemed to get better the more I ran it. Cosmetically the motor isn't great. I believe it fell on one side and dented the lower pan in, and the hood doesn't fit great. The hood is not original and says 30 HP. It is also missing the rubber gasket. The motor is a running motor but it does need tome TLC. The freight price is to a terminal or commercial address with a loading dock or forklift.
