This set represents all of the proofs minted by the US mint from the start of the Sacagawea Dollar series to the first two proofs in the Native American series through 2010. 2008 was the final year of the soaring eagle reverse ahead of the mint changing the reverses each year thereafter starting in 2009. The two “Native American” series proofs included in this set for 2009 and 2010 are themed “Three Sisters of Agriculture” (2009) and with the 2010 Native American Dollar Coin reverse commemorating the Great Tree of Peace and the Iroquois Confederacy of the early 1400s, and featuring an image of the Hiawatha Belt with five arrows bound together and the additional inscriptions HAUDENOSAUNEE and GREAT LAW OF PEACE. All of the coins in this set are certified nearly flawless as "Deep Cameo."
