This is new old stock from storage from an independent "Hallmark"/party goods-type store that closed decades ago. Condition of packaging and contents varies as shown. One has residue on corner, looks like it's on plastic only. The other has a hole with a small portion of the napkins slightly damaged at the corner (most are fine).
