Description: Shostakovitch - Violin Concerto - David Oistrakh- Violin - Philharmonic-Symphony orchestra of New York, Dimitri Mitropoulos on Columbia Masterworks records ML5077. Released in 1956. Cover has no seam splits but seams all show some wear. Wear to corners and open end. Light discoloration in places and spots due to use and or age wear. Not to bad at all. White inner sleeve. Record has only a few surface scratches. Both labels are nice. Plays without much background noise and no skips. Fritz Kreisler Souvenirs-14 of his most beloved recordings with Carl Lamson at the piano on RCA records VIC-1372. Released in 1968. Cover has no seam splits at all, but seams all show some wear. Wear to corners and to open end. Light discoloration in spots and places due to use and or age wear. A pretty decent cover. White inner sleeve is a little rough with some tears and creases. Record has very few surface scratches. Labels are nice. Plays no skips. A nice record. "this is a victrola recording" so of course there is that old staticky background noise. But not to bad at all.
