Our bite leaders are tied short (roughly 1") to increase casting distance by reducing the amount that your weight and bait can helicopter as it travels through the air during your cast. Unique feature to this product we have added 20 feet of 80lb shock leader already tied to your rig. You will need to secure the shock leader to your main line with your preferred knot (ex. Albright Knot). We take pride in knowing that we will not send you a rig that we would not fish with ourselves.
