Every reel is checked by me individually to make sure there are no issues with it. If you’re looking at Hewes reels, there’s probably a good reason. I used to develop 100s of rolls at a time. And while all other reels will work, the speed of working with Hewes reels set them apart. There’s very little room for error or letting the film catch the wrong way. All other reels, not so much unfortunately, they work, but are error prone unless you’re super careful every time. I have other listings for 3, 4 , 8, 11, 14 reel tank configurations with hewes reels.
