Description: A good copy of "HER MAJESTY MONTANA" by C. W. Towne. Published by the Montana Standard of Butte Montana in 1939 in honor of Montana's 50th year of Statehood. The book consists of a series of essays talking about some of the highlights of Montana's history. Line illustrations by Frank Ward and Bob Hall. The book is softcover. Not ex-library. The front has some light soiling with a coffee ring in its center. The spine is intact with a 1/4 inch loss at the top and a 1 inch tear at the bottom. Lightly soiled back cover. Please view all posted photos. The stapled binding remains good, almost tight. A very good text block. No previous owners' names or book plates. No foxing. No water damage. Size is approximately 6 by 9 inches. There are 150 numbered pages. It's a good book for anyone with an interest in Montana history as well as an interesting commemorative item. Feel free ask any questions you may have; I'd be happy to answer. Shipping is $4.75 via USPS Media Mail. Well wrapped, securely boxed. I value the things I sell.
