Description: 19th Century Minton, Stoke-on-Trent, England hand-painted majolica 4-tier oyster server or stand - comes in two pieces, in perfect working order. This piece is beautifully painted: the body with varied green "seaweed" is surrounded by 27 brown oyster wells, the oyster wells from top to bottom number 3, 6 ,8 and 10. The top is finished with a finial of 3 grey sardines and a green eel engaged in eating one of the sardines.
