I try to make it affordable for a lot of these lower cost items for set builders like myself, hard to justify shipping a dollar card for 4 bucks. Will ship through eBay standard envelope, most cards under $20 can ship for a buck. With that, you understand that the USPS is not 100% perfect. I will refund if the card shows not delivered, no hassle. If it shows delivered, the buyer assumes the risk OK. As a seller, I cannot know for sure if it was mis-delivered, etc. I also don't go nuts packaging the cheaper cards… I've ruined more getting them out of packages wrapped to survive a nuclear war and damaged trying to open them. I ship in standard cardboard envelopes and a top loader. For cards over $20, padded mailer, top loader.
