The blue panel is on one cel and the ladies are on the other. the cel featuring the ladies is currently partially stuck to its original production drawing. The cels measure 21" W X 9" H. The drawing measures roughly 18.5" W X 9.5" H. The 5 peg hole cels have wear; dimples, slight scratches, slight paint remnants / residue.
