Combined shipping- although rare, with orders on items that have a shipping cost, it is a strict 50 cents per additional item on top of the highest shipping rate. Items are shipped next business day at the latest and then are in USPS hands and I have no idea where in the country they are at a given moment. With standard envelope shipping, I cannot guarantee any delivery date. I've seen cards get places in 24 hours and others take 3 weeks. I don't know why this happens but generally it's a few days.
