Founded in the late 1950s by Mr. Val Forgett, Navy Arms was the premiere importer of firearms for the civilian market until the 1990s. Our own sales of their products were brisk and vital during the 1980s and early 1990s. Hence, we separated the 27 page catalog and perforated it for our desk top catalog carousel that we used daily for 40 some odd years, from the early 1960s until the onset of the internet around the millennial year. The catalog pages are replete with muzzleloading replicas, including everything from flintlock Brown Bess replicas to the LeMat Revolver. Ironically, the Navy Arms products that we moved the most of – Investarms Hawkens and Type 56 SKS Rifles – are not included.
