The building weighs 2 lb and measures 8.5 inches in length, 6 inches in height, and 4.75 inches in width. It is an original piece manufactured in China between 1996 - 1999 and is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of nostalgia to their holiday decor. This was purchased at an estate auction of a very clean household and was used over the Christmas holidays and taken down and stored in a closet. When this item was picked up at the auction house it had the wrong styrofoam packing box and wrong cardboard sleeve. I tried to exchange the packing box and sleeve, but was unable to do that, so you will receive it just the way I did (see pictures). Sorry, but actually you don't display the box, so everything works out ok. The light and building are in excellent condition and I see no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. Sleeve and Box do show some shelf wear. This charming little farmhouse features a tan stucco type exterior with a red roof and brown trimmed windows with the right- side end wall with grey fieldstone about halfway up the side. This also has 2 chimneys, a green roof over the left side room with a tan colored front door. There is a small table in the front with a few colored pots on it, and the left side has a neat little fireplace with a couple of crocks sitting on the side. When you look at the back you can see a pile of coal with a little roof built over it, to keep it dry from the snow. Butter Tub refers to the Butter tub pass in Yorkshire England where the pools were known as Butter Tubs. This exciting little lighted building will certainly add a lot of color, charm, and originality, to your village this year and for many years to come. This wonderful Christmas house has a very nice buy it now price and will be shipped the next working day after the payment has been received.
