This pack was given out along with the release of the Maximum Carnage game back in 1994 along with the Maximum Carnage #1 comic as well. The pack contains 7 cards which feature screenshot/art from the video game on one side, while the back red background of cards 1-6 form the red "Carnage over New York skyline" image which was used throughout the game's advertising.
