Description: This is a complete 'public circulation' collection of 1988A $20 ✫Star✫ (the only one for that series) and two 1990 $50 and $100 Philadelphia (C) 'early' ✫Star✫ Notes.It is worth mentioning that there was never any $20 ✫Star✫ Notes issued for Philadelphia (C) Fed Reserve District in the 1990 Series. Also the only ✫Star✫ note of Philadelphia (C) Fed Reserve district of the 1988A Series was for the $20 note too. [There were never any $1, $2, $5, $10, $50, or $100 Philadelphia (C) Fed Reserve ✫Star✫ notes issued for the 1988A series.] The only other ✫Star✫ note required to complete the both the 1988A and the 1990 Philadelphia (C) Fed Reserve ✫Star✫ note District series would be the $10 note, which is not included in this collection, but easier to find elsewhere.
