1980 APBA Baseball Game Season Cards - Original Issue with Extra Players

Description: Hello to all APBA Baseball Fans, Listed here for your consideration are the 1980 APBA Baseball Season Season Set Cards. This card set is, in my opinion, in good condition. This card set is the original card set released in 1981 with the basic card set conisting of 20 cards for each of the 26 teams that were in the leaague at the time (12 National League and 14 American League). The basic set consists of player cards with rounded card edges. Included in the card set are the so-called XB cards which consist of 6 players each for each of the 26 teams. These XB cards contained squared off edges. APBA Baseball enthusiasts will appreciate knowing that the popular "12" result is located on dice roll #65 in this card set. Each of the 26 teams contain a total of 26 player cards, including the XB cards. I have included a few pictures that will give you a sense of the condition of the card set. Overall, I think the condition of the card set is in good condition, given these cards were published now over 40 years ago. The team envelopes are the traditional gold-colored envelopes with the team name and league noted in red font. I acquired this team card set a few years ago from a private party and the "80" was written on each team envelope. You will note that I take all the photos in my listings myself and the cards displayed in the listing are the actual cards you are purchasing. This card set is being marketed to the APBA baseball enthusiasts who likes to play season replays and isn't necessarily concerned with having mint condition season cards. The card set is being offered at a discount to what it would cost to purchase this game set from the game company. This original card set is out of print.
