Description: Your looking at the hood ornament from a 1978-1980. This is not complete of course but is a good replacement to a faded one. Both sides of this still have great color and the chrome is in good condition. No signs of delamination on the face or back side. Loop section were it hooks in with the rod and spring are still in good condition and not broke. Those break easily when someone pulls on the ornament while its mounted to the car. You will have to take your original off the vehicle and hook into the bottom of this one then assembly it again but it isn't to hard. As long as yours is complete you can replace just the top for a fraction of the cost of a new aftermarket one. What you see is what you will get!
