"A native of Berlin, Germany, Leo derives most of his inspiration from the people, music, food and ambiance of New Orleans' French Quarter where he resided for more than a decade." Noted some creases as pointed out and slight wave to the paper. The matting seems slightly faded at the frame edges. Normal use scuffs and scratches to the frame but joints are firm. There are a few specks inside but not enough to warrant removing the backing paper. No chips or cracks to the glass. A hanging bracket is attached to the back as well as information about the artist.
