The original blue Welcome to Walt Disney World ticket and the yellow Walt Disney Story are both still attached. All 5 ride tickets and the booklet are in excellent to near mint condition. The colors are still bright and vibrant. It displays great. ADULT ADMISSION. Please see the code on the back inner side of the book to identify date and month of ticket book issue. FORM 756 Identifies the book with the first two numbers "75" as being produced in 1975, and the third number, 6, defines the month of June.
