Eventually, after a courtship with Almanzo Wilder, they get married. This covers the years from 1882 - 1885. Little House Cookbook - Barbara Walker - illustrated by Garth Williams - First Edition - Hardcover with dust jacket - 1979 - Harper & Row - 9.25" x 7.25" x 1" - This is a collection of over 100 frontier food recipes mentioned in the Little House books with illustrations & excerpts from the books , and the authors added commentary. Additional insight intohistorical food practices like blackberry drying, butter churning, & ice cream making are included. Condition: These Happy Golden Years is in very good condition with Dust Jacket . There is tape remanants at 2 spots on dust jacket (1 front, 1 back). There is also some faint marks on back of dust jacket (over carriage). Cookbook has dust jacket, but dust jacket has rips Both books have the original owner's name written on front end paper.
