Description: 1971 Muncie 4 speed transmission main case casting number 3925661, this is a CC1 "counter case" either sold over the parts counter or used for a warranty claim in the service department for a 1971 or earlier car under GM’s 5/50 warranty program, this is a very desirable case that will be sold as a blem due to two welds on the left hand case ears, the work looks very professional but needs finish dressed for cosmetic reasons, the repairs were at the edge of the webs where the tabs were welded, with some patience, a dremel tool and finish hand sanding, these repairs can substantially disappear, great looking otherwise and ready for the normal restoration, thanks for looking and please check out the other items in my eBay store.
