It is from the pre-Happy Meal test market days, from about 1976-1977. They were only available in Kansas City. You may have seen other more common pencil toppers, which are usually on eBay. This series is something very special and tough to find. He is an incredibly detailed miniature. It is unused and in near mint condition.
