It has never been restored ,. Carburetor appears to have original top (ram air lid ) and baseplate. Hard to find in this condition. It's been sitting for twenty plus years . It may need a rebuild or fine tuning. All the linkage works like it should and nothing appears to be seized, damaged, missing or broken. Any questions contact me .
