John Pecham was Archbishop of Canterbury from 1279 to 1292, known for his writings on optics, philosophy and theology and his opposing theological views to that of Thomas Aquinas. CONDITION In a full green cloth library binding for Croydon library with gilt library numbers to the spine. Externally, in excellent condition with just some shelfwear. Croydon Central Reference Library bookplate to front pastedown of each volume. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
