Going by the chrome 4-way flasher knob.In very good condition .Some light surface rust but not all pitted like most others are. Missing switches,rubber boots,and turn signal lever all which you should replace anyway to do it right.Turn signal switch is untested. TILT SEEMS TO WORK WELL,but is stiff from being in storage for many years so it may need lubrication and the bearings as well.
