Description: This is a used genuine GM 64-67 inner firewall heater core case stamped 66B in the steel cover plate. Removed from a 1967 Coupe. This case is repaired with refinished internal metal parts & new installed quality black sponge rubber seal for defroster heat. Includes all NEW basic Heater Box 3-Piece Seals, Heater Box Core Pipe Seals, Heater Core Support Mount Nut 4 Piece Mount Kit, Heater Core (NEW-PRESSURE TESTED-NO LEAKS-NEW), firewall mounting nuts and washers that mount the case to the firewall and 3 die cut sponge rubber seals that slips over heater core tubes as the exit outer heater box, and a Heater Core Steel Cover Plate Frame and Heater Core Mount Straps. REPAIRS (Repaired with Fiberglass Resin and Fiberglass Cloth: The flange that these T-bolts are mounted to has been repaired and two of the T-bolt threads have been repaired. Both flanges have been repaired as shown of the photos. One flange has been repaired along the T-bolt location and the other flange has a small repair near the resistor side of the box . Repaired crack in defroster opening. Repaired missing material below mounting tab next to defroster opening. Repaired crack on bottom of case directly below heater core. The diverter door and blend-air door linkage work as they should with no issues. Diverter (defroster) door seal was replaced, and the blend-air door seal felts are original and in good condition.
