Description: Includes original Farquhar Teacher's Manual and Farquhar Globe catalog - both very rare! This item is an original vintage transparent celestial globe with internal terrestrial globe both made of plexiglass on a base with built-in compass. The globe is dated 1963 and was produced by Robert Farquhar of Philadelphia, PA. The globe is in excellent condition with all original parts except for the tape that joins the upper and lower celestial hemispheres (the original tape was replaced with heavier duty Mylar tape).
