Alva Allen Chevrolet was at least in business from 1951 through the 1960s, given our research. This topper would look great in a collection of Missouri license plates or old auto toppers. Condition:The plate is in 100% original condition, with no touch ups or restoration. It is in wonderful vintage condition, and shows only minor wear and character from the years of use and storage.
