Description: This buy it now listing is for one (1) 1954 Franklin half dollar in PCGS holder with grade MS66 FBL and Gold Shield designation. The True View tells a story of an extraordinary example of a well struck coin with wonderful toning. It is almost like an Impressionist work of art. When viewed under the lights, the luster brings this coin to life. You can definitely see where the coiners tried to fix the die after the clash. There are some micro scratches on the holder that showed up in the scope pics, but you can see the difference. It is not on the label, but it is definitely an FS-401 or FS-402 after die resurface. I should have listed this at $800 like PCGS says, but I was given a great deal on this coin by one of my mentors so I'm going to keep the price where I have it now. Get this coin in hand and you will agree, better displayed on the desk than in the safe. Packaging will be secure and shipping will require a signature. Sorry, no international buyers please. I'm not a business, just a guy who loves the hobby but can't keep them all. Questions? Feel free to contact me. Thank you for looking and have a happy... @varierrorics
