They come in the original "Stan Musial Baseball Shoes" box, manufactured by Roller Derby Skate Corp., based in Litchfield, Illinois. The box is in EX condition with no concerns, and the lid is VG+, based on the tears on the flaps. One of the Cleats is signed in thick silver Sharpie, on the left side by Stan as follows: "Stan Musial H.O.F. 69". The label on the side of the box indicates these Cleats are STYLE No. 701-Little League. The Cleats are in MINT condition with the original tissue wrapping them individually.
