Description: "COLONIAL BOY" HALLOWEEN MASQUERADE COSTUME - 1950s Collegeville Costumes. 10.5" x 12" x 1.5" die-cut "pumpkin" window box. The 2-color box lid has outstanding Halloween graphics. Box lid side is stamped "600 COLONIAL BOY LARGE 12-14 BLUE". This attractive costume (blue fabric with white trim) includes coat & tricorn (three cornered) hat. An unusual early masquerade costume with nice eye appeal. Condition of COAT is considered VERY GOOD with minimal surface/stain/edge wear. Mild surface creasing with no tears or fraying. Condition of TRICORN HAT is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Wire brim support has poked out of one corner at white trim. Mild surface creasing with no other tears. Condition of BOX is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Mild edge scuffing / creasing with scattered small edge tears (largest tear is approx. 1/2"). Original cellophane is still intact. Overall, we feel this item is still a very displayable example by most standards (see photos).
