Description: This amazing blue dress by Bob-Low is simply adorable! It features a scoop neckline, near sleeveless design, crisp white accents including the swirl pattern that is runs the length of the dress, studs for detail, fit and flare design, full skirt, two hip pockets and side metal zipper. Such an adorable dress, perfect for summer! The material appears to be a lighter weight polished cotton with ever so slight stripe details running through it. Material: cotton Label: Bob-Low Color: blue & white Hand washed in cool water using Eucalan Delicate Soap (Jasmine) and air dried. All my items in my shop have been washed multiple times - special care is taken if mothballs were used in the garment’s storage history. Each item is hand washed and air dried just prior to shipping. Flaws: paint has worn off of the studs, slight seam stress on the bust darts, and slight spots near the underarms (I will try to remove this with a spot treatment). Missing the original belt.
