Description: From My personal collection purchased many years ago from the Chuck Dachis Hallicrafters Collection is this exceptionally nice old vintage Hand Crafted Amateur Radio Transmitter by The Hallicrafters. The HT-19 was the first Amateur Radio transmitter that Hallicrafters built for the newly emerging Narrow Band FM mode of operating. This was a major step forward by Bill Halligan using all his own design, engineering, and manufacturing. Bill Halligan had started out in the radio business many years earlier with design, engineering and manufacturing mostly provided by outside contractors. Please check back as I add pictures with additional description. The knobs are all nice originals and the chassis top, sides and rear apron have all their original components and terminals in good condition and still in place. The original factory mechanical construction is still clean and bright and undisturbed with no modifications. The original factory hand wiring is still all there and undisturbed with all factory original components underneath. Packed very carefully and securely for safe guaranteed transportation to your QTH.
