Description: A 5 1/2" x 3 1/2", photochrome postcard by MIKE ROBERTS produced in the late 1940's showing what appears to me to be a 1940 PONTIAC with a 1937 LINCOLN ZEPHYR front bumper. Next to it at the curb appears to be a 1949 KAISER on a Main STREET in EUGENE, OREGON. You can see signs for SEYMOUR'S CAFE "CHICKEN in the ROUGH", BEAUTY LOUNGE, DENTIST, the REX THEATER and others. Personal message written on the back, mailed, cancelled 2 cent stamp, postmarked EUGENE, OREGON DEC 19 1954 (maybe). Addressed to a Mrs. Pete Solinger, Arago, Minn. Crisp and clear, bumped corners and edges, some light creases and light scratches. Any glare or distortion is from my digital camera. Card is in FAIR Condition, much better than images shown. FREE SHIPPING. I specialize in "Roadside America" and "US States, Cities, & Towns" with identifiable automobiles. If you are looking for postcards or photos with a specific make of automobile let me know, I may be able to help you out, if so I will list them on EBAY. I have been buying and selling on EBAY since 1999, with many satisfied customers, and many are repeat buyers.
