APPEARS TO BE UNUSED, never mounted, NEW OLD STOCK (but improperly stored), as there are small pieces of the original envelope still stuck to the tag, and NO WEAR to the bolt holes. Plate is STRAIGHT and lies completely FLAT, with no bends, no tears to metal, no extra holes, and no other defects. Paint is SOLID and STRONG, which is TOUGH TO FIND on 1930s GA tags. There are paint chips as shown and light surface rust stains to metal from moisture contact at some point. Could easily be mounted on wall or other flat surface.
