It is showing shelf wear. Inside front cover has paper pull. Quite a few of pages have dirty/stain marks. Pages 114, 115, 116, 117, 118,119, 120 have staining at binding area which I believe is from the ribbon page saver. Page 92 and 267 have small tears, pages 216 and 217 have blue chalk, dedication page has a name and town written in pencil. Otherwise it is in pretty good condition for its age, binding is intact, no missing pages. Please look at pictures. (DS1)
