1930s Zenith Automotive Radio Service and Installation Manuals

This listing is for vintage 1930s Zenith Automotive Service guides for the auto-radios listed below. It appears that what is represented below is complete and comes from a larger service guide as evidenced by the ring holes on the left side of each page. The pages show some age but are intact and are not all torn up or marked up, from what I have observed. There is some thumb wear, but all appear to be in good usable condition. What many people do is make copies of the individual models and sell them on websites. I am not interested in doing this. These are originals and I am pricing them according to what others dated from the 1940s sell for. Please keep in mind that having a radio in a car was a luxury item back in the 1930s. All the models seem to include a complete parts list and schematic as well as other important information. Some even include photos of the chassis. Please take a good look at all the photos and feel free to ask questions. I was a novice radio collector, so I don't know much about anything and am only describing what I have. I have found no other service manuals from the 1930s that have sold recently on eBay, so these may be rare, again, I am no expert. There is one manual for a radio made exclusively for Ford out of Dearborn Michigan. These service manuals will become a hundred years old over the next 13 to 18 years. I have kept them in good order for the two decades plus that I have owned them, and it is time to pass them on to the next keeper of history. These items will ship safely in a plastic Ziplock bag, contained in an envelope and shipped in a box. I will use shipping paper to help prevent shifting during shipping. I typically use the shipping calculator eBay provides. In addition, many items may be shipped in padded envelopes where possible unless a box is requested. I practice safe shipping and take all reasonable precautions to be sure nothing is damaged during shipping. With respect to boxes and packing supplies, I like to reuse them when ever possible to keep costs low. I do not charge for recycling and its good for the environment. Please be sure the address you are using on eBay is updated and correct as that is the address that will be printed on the shipping label and I am not able to change the address while the item is in transit no matter which carrier you prefer to use. I do not charge for combined shipping. I only charge the cost of the label and a few dollars for supplies. Please be understand, the shipping calculator is not always correct and best serves as a close estimate. I can absorb the difference between the shipping calculator estimate and the actual cost when it is only a few cents, but I can’t absorb dollars. If the difference is to great for me to absorb, I will contact you prior to shipping with the exact shipping amount. I will require you to pay the difference prior to shipping. If disputed or ignored, I will refund any amount paid and relist the item after three business days. I am always happy to combine shipping when it is safe to do so. I do not charge any additional fees to combine shipping. If you purchase multiple items and pay the individual shipping amounts, I will gladly refund to you any overage you may pay. If you make multiple purchases and choose to wait for a final combined shipping cost, please confirm your request via email so I can place a priority on your order for invoice readjustment and payment.
