The other side of the barrel features very vintage looking Pierrot Clowns doing a dance together. Certainly seems like a New Year's celebration! The large 5 inch barrel is made of tin litho with vibrant colors. Diameter is 2 3/8 inches. The wood handle is red. Made in USA by TC (T Cohn).
