Hi, This is an assumption based on other items from George and Collinwood/Cleveland area. We have several of his family documents from 1896 to 1930’s period. The BEST clue is the item that just SOLD last night - The ID TAG (”1912 Collinwood Ohio Kling ID TAG American House Liquors & Cigars John Rist”) located in Collinwood with his name and address on back. ALSO we have his ORIGINAL 1896 hand signed “certificate of Naturalization” document to become a CITIZEN signed Oct 20, 1896 in Cleveland, Ohio (stamped “recorded Feb 18, 1911”). So in the photo card is this George or Mr Tibbet in Collinwood or main part of Cleveland? Who was Mr. Tibbet? The postcard paper code in the stamp dates the card in the 1911 to 1915 period. The card and name provide plenty for a delightful period of in depth research..THANK you for your Interest and INQUIRY, NOHOOK
