Description: One of two unusual reverse paintings on glass (tinsel painting) we have up for sale at this time. This one features a little Dutch girl with the background of a windmill. The medium is a gouache or watercolor with an early mica based glitter background. The framed piece measures 17 1/8" x 13 3/16".
