It is by Henry Tunison (1855-1915), published in Tunison's Peerless Universal Atlas of the World, 1901, a copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is from one of the rarer elongated editions in which the larger maps were published without a centerfold making them great for framing. There is text or another map printed on reverse. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a very nice map with strong color that would frame up well! Condition: Very Good to Excellent for its age with strong color, printed on strong flexible (not brittle) paper, very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
