Condition is Good (in my opinion), 212 pages, spine is tight, all pages present, 1st 10 pages missing top 3/4", 212 pages, spine is taped, see scans. Guide presents very well with all pages uniform, tight, and intact. Both covers are present, attached, and in very good shape. All items are sandwiched with cardboard backing and in plastic to protect the item completely. Please see our other items in our Ebay store.
