Description: Uncleaned, fresh from a local estate. Condition as shown in the pics. The previous owner seemed to think that the items were from somewhere near Richmond, Indiana, as that is where their family was originally from. I've included the memorandum that has loose pages since it was from the same estate. It's mostly empty and looks to be dated 1895-1896. Might be 1875-1896. Ink is really faded and kind of bled a little. Looks to have been used by a student with great penmanship.
