The work was originally published under the title Evangelical Rambler and affords instruction and amusement by simple narration of the events of every day life. Both volumes have a frontispiece and engraved title page and sixteen plates to volume one and twelve to volume two. Collated, complete. CONDITION In half calf binding with cloth covered boards. Externally, smart with rubbing to the spine and extremities. Previous owner inscription to the page after the front free endpaper of volume two and to the rear free endpaper of volume one. Internally, firmly bound with bright and generally clean pages with some scattered spots throughout.
