This is a 1-page Cecel Wilson letter datelined Providence,Rhode Island headed "Friend Green" involving "he has procured four thousand dollars of a friend of his for you." It is signed Cecel Wilson, Jr. with a "by Cecil WIlson, Sr." Extremely nice paper quality. Scarce item of Rhode Island Postal History.
