Description: This lovely 17.5” Jumeau DEP Bebe, is all original! She wears her original chemise with pink flowers, underslip, and pantaloons, Jumeau knit stockings, and signed Jumeau shoes. Her wig is also original and in superb condition with the lovely original set of curls. She is virtually unplayed with and has been wonderfully preserved for around 130 years! Her bisque head is perfect with no damage or repair. She is ready to put on display in a collection! Description: 17.5” TETE JUMEAU DEP, with perfect bisque socket head featuring feathered eyebrows, finely painted lower eyelashes, real hair upper lashes, blue glass sleep eyes, dot accents at the inside corners of the eyes, accented nostrils, open mouth with shaded and accented lips, upper teeth, pierced ears, antique mohair wig, pressed cork pate, and on a French, unmarked Jumeau, composition and wood jointed body. She wears only one earring. She wears her highly desirable original Jumeau chemise with pink flowers, underslip, pantaloons, Jumeau knit stockings, and signed Jumeau shoes. Condition: Please see photos. I have lighted the bisque head and there are no hairlines or other damage. The body appears to be in the original finish and is in overall excellent condition. The doll has been cherished and protected for around 130 years. I don’t believe you could find another example that is in better condition. I would rate it as original and as mint as can be found.
