This is a 2006 17.5" County Connection dressage saddle has seen some use, with some cosmetic flaws that help make this one so affordable while still riding in comfort and quality. Per serial number, this is on a Wide tree, however fits a bit closer to Medium Wide, with the gullet measuring 5" with a wider channel. The tree points on this one are more "A" framed with ample wither clearance. Semi-forward flap with bold block that measures 16". Great billeting options on this one, with a pocket under the block to allow for point billet. Currently has straight/typical billets, which have been replaced at some point. Shorter panel at 19.5", recently re-flocked. XTR leather that still has plenty of texture, offering great extra grip. Why is this one of the best priced Connections on the market, you ask? It has just enough use to help make this one so much more affordable. The leather on this one has faded, almost to a chocolate brown which is actually kinda cool. The sweat flaps on this one are quite dry, needing some hot oiling/conditioning to soften up. Currently useable as is, and aren't curling under, just dry. At this price, totally worth a bit of conditioning!
