Note the construction of the doll's wooden feet and papier-mache constructed head both confirming the type of doll she is holding. Lovely hand tinting was applied to both of their faces and the young girl's arms. Even the girl's dress has a deep greenish cast when held in your hands at certain angles. The image has been professionally resealed, the paper identification label still remains attached to the mat under the new glass.
