Description: 1984 printing of an interesting cookbook put out by McIlhenny Corp, the famous makers of Tabasco sauce. It features 16 recipes for American classic favorites, plus a bit of interesting history about the origins of each recipe. Green Chile stew, Maryland fried chicken and more! It was wet at some point, and there is minor staining and wrinkling right along the spine (see photos). From my late Father's effects, we ate many a meal out of this cookbook growing up, and now it's ready to take a place in your kitchen!
