It is the 6.3c Liberty Bell with VAN NUYS CALIF. type 71 overprint PSS 1518-71 (816L). The 1974 regular issue coils are perf. 10 vert. The untagged variety has a Scott catalogue minor number because it was only issued as a precancel. Completing the 6.3¢ precancel city type set is difficult. For this issue a total of 129 different Bureau precancels were used by 117 cities! The pairs will be clean, problem free and generally taken fresh off of the roll.
